This morning I basically bought my new bike. For the week I am riding a loaner from the good
brother that is building a bike that is perfect for me. Its a 25" frame ten speed and he's adding
tall handlebars and a big seat. His name is John and the site is www.greatusedbikes.com . What
John does is rebuild older bikes and sell them, its the best form of recycling in the world. Thank you

After John left, we travelled up to visit my sister and watch my nephews play some tackle football.
It was AWESOME!! It was good to see you two young men, footballin emcee prodigy concoctions. 
Today was AWESOME!!!

Family is the cornerstone of life as we know it. People are not meant to be alone and there is a need
for more gathering. We are losing eachother everyday to Ipods and D-S' faces five inches from screens
its like we go through the world with blinders on. Walking down the street heads in berries fingers racing.
When we look at eachother its so trepedacious like someone is going to bite our eyes out. For me, No More!
When you see me in public it will be with a big smile looking forward to giving my best at every self test.
Self doubt is the enemy of dreams and the defeater of souls. Individually we are powerful, imagine as a group.
